Valuable opportunities to practise
I provide engaging, thought-provoking, and non-threatening opportunities for workshop participants to learn, practise, and build confidence in the use of new skills by working with role-playing actors. This offers people the chance to work on individual situations, unpick what went well and what could be done differently.
In-person and online delivery
I adapted and continued this work during the pandemic by taking programme delivery online. Any initial concerns that being unable to meet people in person would affect the ability to build trust and rapport were quickly dispelled, as participants enthusiastically dived in!
